ANCHOR SPIKES

Masts, fences and tents supported by guy ropes require reliable Anchor Spikes. Other equipment such as barbed wire defences and camouflage netting must be secured to the ground by anchors.
Standall Tools Ltd manufactures Anchor Spikes of special hardened steel to military requirements. The spikes are forged with a large integral eye and can be coated to give many years service.
Originally used in the western desert for the recovery of standard vehicles in soft ground, Anchor Spikes were used in conjunction with Anchor Plates that accommodates a shackle at one end and can be staked down with up to eight spikes providing excellent retaining strength.
